The Milwaukee Electric Railway and Light Company Public Service Building, 231 W. Michigan Street, Milwaukee, WI. The building designed by Herman Esser was completed in 1906. When the electric inter urban trains introduced. Niles/Chicago hardware was originally used and later Russell & Erwin. The symbol was used in other places in the building. The symbol is similar to that of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
