Fluted Oval

Shown in 1894 Lockwood catalog page 288. Here we see fluted variations on oval also commonly used on round knobs, where they suggested a sunburst. This style was also shown in 1897 Reading Fine Hardware catalog and 1889 Yale catalog page 318. Unique assignment is not possible from catalog pictures.
