Melrose

From the University of Chicago. Designed by architect Henry Ives Cobb, and later made for the University by Yale & Towne. It could have become a stock pattern which was offered in 1932, but clearly the University owned the design since they allowed another maker to manufacture the knob. Shown in P & F Corbin Catalog No. 26 c. 1923 page 264.
