A Yale "Special" design knob from the Blackstone Hotel in Chicago.  Architects Marshall & Fox designed the Blackstone in 1909 on Michigan Avenue facing  Grant Park. The center emblem from the knob is featured in terra cotta over the hotel's main entrance on Balbo Drive.
