Shown in Yale & Towne catalog Number 29 on special designs page. Records from Yale & Towne indicate knob & plate made for the Union Central Life Insurance Company building. The building is located at the corner of 4th and Vine, Cincinnati, OH and is currently call the Fourth & Vine Tower. It was completed in 1913.
