Originally a special design by architects Holabird & Roche for the Muehlebach Hotel in Kansas City, which is included in R&E's factory ledger of special designs  as S2185. Became the stock Campbell design shown in the 1920 Russell & Erwin catalog page 26. The plate shown below is the monogram M design for the Muehlebach Hotel, also included in the factory ledger of special designs as S2187.
