Treasury Seal
|
The Supervising Architects office at the United States Treasury designed and/or built most Federal buildings in the United States between 1850 and 1940. Some buildings featured the Treasury Department seal on doorknobs. This style was used in the 1888 Custom House & Post Office in Toledo, OH, and has a design similar to P-10160 with a rounded edge.
